DAY 01: İSTANBUL

Arrival to İstanbul Atatürk Airport or Sea Port, transfer and check-in to the hotel. Free day.

DAY 02: İSTANBUL

Visits of Haghia Sophia; the church of Divine Wisdom and the fourth biggest church of the world with its 1700 years history, Topkapı Palace; the great palace of the Ottoman Sultans, the most extensive and fascinating monument of the Ottoman civil architecture in existence, Blue Mosque; the only mosque in Islam architecture with its six minarets and 21.043 pieces of tiles, Hippodrome; the centre of civil activities of ancient Istanbul. After lunch, boat trip between two continents on Bosphorus.

DAY 03: ŞİLE

After breakfast departure to Şile, arriving otel and after check-in free time on the beach of Black Sea.

DAY 04: ERDEK

Visit of Bursa, the second capital city of Otoman Empire, visit of Great Mosque (Ulu Cami) and arriving to Erdek city (ancient Kizykos where Aiopos (Ezop) the father of fabl art lived). After check in to the hotel free time on the beach of Marmara Sea (Мраморное Море).

DAY 05: AYVALIK

Visit of the ancient city of famous Troia mentioned by Homeros in Iliad. Arriving to the hotel which is
located by Aegean Sea and free time.

DAY 06: KUŞADASI

Visits of Asklepion and Acropolis of ancient city of Pergamon. The impregnable city of Pergamon where Zeus Altar originally stood and one of the biggest and most famous hospitals of the ancient world because of famous doctor Gallen. After lunch visit of The Temple of Arthemis; one of the wonders of ancient world.

DAY 07: KUŞADASI

The ancient city of Ephesus; one of the best preserved ancient cities of the world, The House of Virgin Mary where she spent her last years. Fashion show and lecture on Turkish leather. (Selçuk city; modern Ephesus is the centre of leather goods in Turkey.) After lunch, boat trip along the beautiful bays of Kuşadası. (Aegean Sea)

DAY 08: PAMUKKALE

Visits of the world-famous unique calcium cascades of Pamukkale and its ancient city Hierapolis with the largest necropolis of the world. Visit the textile centre and check-in to the hotel. (Denizli; provincial capital of Pamukkale, is the second textile capital of Turkey.)

DAY 09: CAPPADOCIA

Early departure from hotel. After lunch visit of Mevlana Museum; the place of Whirling dervishes in Konya, visit of 13th century Seljuk Khan of Sultanhanı. Drive to the hotel and check-in.

DAY 10: CAPPADOCIA

Full day Cappadocia among the world-unique fairy chimneys and fantastic landscapes of the region. Open Air Museum and carved-out churches of Göreme, Uçhisar Castle, fairy chimneys of Paşabağı and Devrent, Lectures about earthenware pots, tiles and Turkish handcraft arts. After dinner optional Turkish night with local drinks, belly dancer or whirling derwishes, folk dances and turkish music.

DAY 11: ANTALYA

Drive to Antalya, check-in to the hotel.

DAY 12: ANTALYA

Free day in Antalya and Mediterranean Sea.

DAY 13: ANTALYA

Visits of Myra where St. Nicholas (Father Christmas) lived, St. Nicholas Church where his grave stood. After lunch boat trip in Kekova above the sunked city of Simena on Mediterranean Sea.

DAY 14: ANTALYA

Free day in Antalya.

DAY 15:

Return to your country.
* Museums closed on Mondays in Turkey. The Topkapı Palace closed on Tuesday.
 To give the last shape to the programme; flight details must be known.
 Lectures about traditional games such as backgammon are given at hotels after dinners.
 Prices on HB basis.
